The Process: From Concept to Finished Sign

What You Should Prepare for the Order

To ensure smooth production and avoid errors, we ask you to provide the following information:

First, a precise list of all texts is required. Please pay close attention to the correct spelling of names and titles. Since laser-processed products are custom-made, changes after production are not possible.

Ideally, send us your logo as a vector file (e.g., in .svg, .ai, or .pdf format). If only a raster graphic (jpg, png) is available, we offer our separate Layout Preparation service to vectorize the logo for the laser.

Additionally, information about the surface is important: Is it a smooth painted wall, a wooden door, or a glass surface? This influences the choice of mounting material.

What You Receive at the End

Upon completion of the project, we deliver the finished products in protective packaging. Depending on the chosen option, the delivery includes:

• The laser-manufactured signs in the chosen material (e.g., acrylic or wood).
• The appropriate mounting materials (e.g., high-quality double-sided tapes or stainless steel stand-offs).
• A photo of the finished products before delivery for final confirmation.
• If layout preparation was commissioned: The final vector file of your design after full payment.

Lead Times and Deadlines

The average lead time for office signage is generally 5 to 7 business days after the final approval of the layout. For larger projects with many individual items, we coordinate the schedule individually with you.

If you have an urgent project, we offer an express service. Please note that for requested acceleration of production, a rush fee of 30% is added to the total price, provided that the capacities in our workshop allow for it.

Scope of Service: What is Included?

To avoid misunderstandings, we clearly define the scope of our service for office signage:

• Precise laser cutting of the sign's base shape.
• Single-sided laser engraving of texts and logos.
• Cleaning of surfaces from production residues.
• Standard mounting solutions (adhesive pads).
• One round of layout corrections before production starts.
• Secure packaging for transport within Linz.

What is NOT Included in the Service

For the sake of transparency, we point out the following items that are not part of the standard price:

We do not provide on-site installation in your business premises. The attachment of the signs is performed by the customer. Furthermore, complex graphic redesigns or the complete development of a corporate design are not included in the sign production price but are billed via Layout Preparation.

We do not manufacture signs from materials that release hazardous gases during lasering (such as PVC). Similarly, we do not perform engravings of protected brand logos unless we have the corresponding permission from the rights holder.

Pricing and Value Added Tax

Our prices are based on material consumption, engraving time, and the complexity of the cut. The prices listed in the following table are guidelines per piece. For larger quantities, we are happy to provide an individual offer.

All prices are gross prices and include the statutory VAT of 20%. For our B2B customers, we transparently show prices without VAT. Billing is carried out according to our Terms, with a deposit of 50% of the order value required for new customers.
