Accessibility Statement
The binding version of this page is the German version at Barrierefreiheit
Barmiestqira GmbH is committed to ensuring that its digital content is accessible to all individuals, regardless of their physical or technical capabilities. We align our development process with the guidelines of the European Accessibility Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
- We continuously optimize color contrast and keyboard navigation.
- A dedicated skip-link allows fast access to the main content.
- We support "Reduced Motion" settings to disable non-essential animations.
- Direct email support is available to resolve any accessibility barriers.
1. Status of Compliance
The website barmiestqira.digital is currently partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. We are consistently working toward full conformity to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act and ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
2. Implemented Measures
To improve accessibility, we have integrated the following technical standards:
- Structure: Use of valid HTML5 semantics with a single H1 heading per page and a logical hierarchical nesting of headings.
- Navigation: A functional skip-link that directs users straight to the
main#mainelement, bypassing repetitive navigation menus. - Visual Design: Color combinations have been tested for sufficient contrast to ensure readability for users with visual impairments.
- Interaction: All interactive elements, including forms on the contact page, are fully operable via keyboard and feature visible focus indicators.
- Animations: We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting, which disables all decorative animations. - Media: All images include descriptive alt-texts where they convey meaningful information.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may occur in specific cases:
- Certain complex tables in the price lists of the services overview may experience readability issues at extreme zoom levels (above 400%).
- Some decorative SVG elements are marked as redundant for screen readers but may be interpreted inconsistently in very old browser versions.
Please note that our photographs are illustrative and do not contain functional content essential for operating the website.
