To implement our technical services, we use the following providers:

Hosting: Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz.

Form Processing: We utilize the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Consequently, your form data is transferred to servers located in the USA. Since the USA is not guaranteed to provide an adequate level of data protection under EU standards, this transfer is based on your explicit consent provided by submitting the form.

5. Storage Duration

We store your data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by legal retention periods (e.g., for tax records). Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after the communication is concluded, unless other legal grounds exist.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten").
