To guarantee a smooth process and a perfect result, we ask you to provide the following information. The more precise the specifications, the lower the effort for layout creation and the faster we can begin production.

• Text Specifications: Please send us the exact spelling of names, dates, or quotes. We implement texts exactly as provided to avoid errors.
• Graphics and Logos: Ideally, provide vector files (SVG, AI, or PDF). If only raster images (JPG, PNG) are available, we offer paid vectorization services.
• Material Preference: Do you already have a material in mind? If not, describe the intended use, and we will make suggestions.
• Quantity and Deadline: Specify how many pieces you need and by when the gift must be completed.

For urgent requests, we offer an express service. For an additional fee of 30%, we attempt to significantly shorten the production time. However, especially for corporate gifts for seasonal occasions (such as Christmas), we recommend planning several weeks in advance to ensure the highest quality without time pressure.

What Is Not Part of Our Service

To maintain the integrity of our work and legal standards, there are certain services we do not offer. We do not perform engravings on official documents, ID cards, or government license plates. Likewise, we decline the reproduction of protected trademarks and logos unless explicit permission from the rights holder is provided.

Furthermore, we do not work with materials that release hazardous gases during lasering, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The safety of our employees and the environmental quality in our Linz workshop are our priority. If in doubt, please ask if your provided material is suitable for the laser process.

Pricing and Value Added Tax

The price calculation for personalized gifts consists of various components: the material value, the time for layout preparation, and the actual laser time. We value transparency, which is why we list both net and gross amounts in our price list.

All prices include the statutory VAT of 20%. For business customers (B2B), the tax will be shown on the invoice and can be claimed according to tax regulations. Please note that we require a deposit of 50% for every order, as these are custom-made items that cannot be returned.
